Self-care for stress relief | 60 min – Learn how to destress and release physical tension with simple self-massage techniques that can be applied on Reflexology points, Ayurvedic acupressure points and Chakras (energy centres) on the face, head, ears, hands and feet.
In these practical webinars, we will learn how to apply simple self-massage techniques inspired from holistic therapies such as Reflexology and traditional Indian Ayurvedic massage by working on acupressure points on different parts of the body such as face, head, neck, arms, hands (30 minutes webinar) with the addition of feet (1 hour webinar).
The purpose of these techniques is acquiring self-help tools that can be used for the temporary relief of various issues, such as:
- Stress
- Anxiety
- Muscular pains
- Tiredness/fatigue
Practitioners will be seated on a comfortable position during the webinar. Self massage techniques can be applied over the clothes and without the use of oil or cream. The techniques you will learn can be used every day, either during work breaks or at home, and can be incorporated in your self-care and personal wellbeing routine.
