BNS Wellbeing coach Fiora Touliatou and holistic nutritionist Illona Dagdalianidou are delivering an online 4-week wellness programme. Initially, it was launched on April 2021 as a trial. But due to its success, we are now offering it to corporates and private groups too.
What the wellness programme includes
In this series of zoom webinars, we will be covering various topics such as holistic nutrition guidance & tips, meditation, breathwork, self-massage techniques, mindfulness, positive mindset, powerful core fitness and stretching exercises to apply into your daily life. We have carefully designed this programme to include tips, exercises, techniques and nutrition coaching to guide you into developing your own daily routines.
