Background and mission

Holistic Wellbeing Coaching is designed and provided by Fiora Touliatou, founder of BNS Wellbeing. Fiora is a holistic therapist, fitness instructor, mindfulness and life coach with 15 years of experience. She is also an artist, dancer, yoga and martial art practitioner.

Since a young age, Fiora has had a passion for these interests that started as hobbies for a self discovery journey to find herself and her purpose in life. Later on, she decided to turn her passion into a profession so she progressed into further studying and certifying in all of these fields. Her mission is to help others, especially women, live a happy, healthy and meaningful life by finding what their soul’s purpose is and achieving it.

Fiora has designed Holistic Wellbeing Coaching as she wants to help others with her expertise and experience. Packages are ideal for busy and stressed-out professionals with limited time for themselves. The target is to inspire them to reconnect with their purpose, to be more focused and live a meaningful life with greater freedom and fulfillment.

What the packages include

The holistic wellbeing coaching packages combine both theory and practice. The aim is to achieve a holistic balance as each individual is considered unique. Therefore, sessions are tailored for the needs of each client in order to honour and take care of all the aspects of their wholeness: body, mind and soul. The sessions include:

  • life coaching for goal setting, action planning and personal growth,
  • mindfulness techniques and exercises for stress/anxiety management and self-awareness,
  • breathing techniques for stress/anxiety management and increased focus,
  • visualisation techniques and vision boards for goal manifestation,
  • meditation for stress relief, inner peace and increased focus,
  • affirmations for achieving a positive mindset and a positive self-image,
  • self-massage techniques and tapping (EFT) for stress/anxiety management,
  • core fitness exercises to strengthen core muscles, improve posture and confidence,
  • stretching exercises to release physical and emotional tension,
  • Ayurvedic techniques and holistic practices for daily self-care routines,
  • holistic movement exercises to unblock the chakras (energy centres) and rebalance the aura (energy system)
