On the contrary, a non balanced diet can make us feel drained, depressed and even emotionally unstable. But how do we know what to eat and which diets to follow in order to keep our health strong and our spirit high?
For a one-off 1-hour nutrition workshop , our holistic nutritionist Illona will teach participants about the basic principals of nutrition and macronutrients, explain about the different diet principles and give some eat-well guides.

Cancellation Policy
Please note, there is a cancellation policy for confirmed bookings. Once dates are confirmed, there is a 50% charge of the agreed rate outside 48 hours notice. For less than 48 hours notice, the full agreed rate will be charged.
